  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized, altered, or sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or design variations, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within the 5-day return period.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@suitmint.com with order details and product photos.
  • A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
